I once sprang out of bed on a lovely, sunny morning and had the following train of thought:
"Thank GOD it's Saturday. I really needed that. Wow, this week went by awfully quickly. It seems like just yesterday it was Tuesday..."
(Long, luxurious Saturday morning stretch. Stop. Horrible suspicion forming in mind.)
"AAAAH! Yesterday WAS Tuesday! Today is Wednesday! I'm an hour late for work!"
