Oh dear. Well, I recommend the following:
Sit back in your chair.
Close your eyes.
Take ten deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth to center and calm yourself.
Then envision all the ways you would like to punish them for their transgressions, making sure to use poetic justice whenever possible.
You can stop when you're giggling wickedly.
I agree, you know who they are, and they deserve it!
I feel most people suck so bad they are not worth hating.
